What is our adult yoga program like?
For our adults, we offer different levels of classes in the Vinyasa flow style. Classes begin with a mindful, intentional theme on which to focus, various breathing techniques, a warm up, core work, flowing yoga poses, alignment and stretching, all set to inspiring music, followed by a final relaxation with guided meditation. Our goal is to enable those taking our classes to experience their yoga practice in a non-competitive, fun way in a shared class environment where they are challenged to work all parts of their bodies equally to develop flexibility, endurance, balance and strength. Students can come to our studio or we can come to you. Our yoga is offered for corporate businesses as well.
