What is our adult yoga program like?

For our adults, we offer different levels of classes in the Vinyasa flow style. Classes begin with a mindful, intentional theme on which to focus, various breathing techniques, a warm up, core work, flowing yoga poses, alignment and stretching, all set to inspiring music, followed by a final relaxation with guided meditation.  Our goal is to enable those taking our classes to experience their yoga practice in a non-competitive, fun way in a shared class environment where they are challenged to work all parts of their bodies equally to develop flexibility, endurance, balance and strength.
