Can a Triangle be Fallen?

Greetings,
Have you ever heard of a Fallen Triangle? Is it a rock band? Is it a book title about a triangle led to shame? Is it a Gestalt painting? Well…
It’s a yoga pose! The Sanskrit name is Patita Tarasana which translates as “Fallen Star.” (When I see this guy, I feel like he’s saying, “Weeeee!”)
This week in our yoga class, we will become glorious Fallen Triangles and Stars! Here is the schedule for the week.
