The Coolness of Yin Yoga
Greetings, Heavenly Heat Monsters,
So it’s hot out there. Everything seems like an effort. Even doing yoga. This is why I am offering a YIN YOGA class this week, to keep it cool. (Plus it just sounds cool to say, “Yin Yoga.”) This is a practice of fewer poses held for a longer period of time. Yin Yoga calms and balances the mind and body, regulates energy, and increases mobility in the joints and hips.
