Greetings, Delightful Dreamers,

I was dreaming of chocolate so I ate a little dark Dove bar. Inside on the foil wrapper, it had the message: 

“Don’t wait for sleep to start dreaming.”


Funny, that as I read it, I was thinking of taking a nap anyway and it talked about dreaming! It made me think:

Don’t wait for sleep to start dreaming. Don’t wait to lose 15 pounds in one month when you can lose more weight gradually. Don’t wait to say I love you even if the urge to say it is not there. Don’t only think about what you are going to say next while someone else is talking. Don’t wait until you move to declutter. Don’t wait for a vacation to relax. Don’t wait to set a goal because it has to be perfectly accomplished. 

Don’t wait to be flexible to take yoga. 

Your mat is always there for you when you show up and get on it. It doesn’t take difficult poses, lofty meditation or complicated breathing to make you a yogi.
