Greetings, Bloomin’ Beauties! 

My lilacs are in full bloom and I want to share them with you. 

This week in our yoga class, we will do a flower meditation. This involves focusing (called dharana or one-pointed concentration) on a little vase of flowers in front of you while you breathe in their scent and meditate on their beauty! (If you have allergies, we can accommodate.) 

We also will do poses with names referring to flowers and nature such as Balancing Lotus Pose, Bird of Paradise Pose, Tree Pose, Reed Pose, and more! (Can you tell I love a good theme?)

Tuesday    9:30-10:45 am Home studio 

Wednesday 7:00-8:00 pm Barnesville Town Hall 

Thursday   9:30-10:45 am  Home studio

Saturday    9:00-10:00 am  Home studio
