Greetings, Flexible Frogs,
While looking for a picture of Downward Facing Frog Pose, I found this one on the Internet that had this question in the Comments section under the photo: “Is there an Affirmation for this pose?” (Coincidentally, we just focused on  Affirmations during last week’s class.) I wanted to respond, “Yes. The affirmation for Frog Pose is: I am in pain. I am feeling awkward. I am stiff.”

Actually, Frog pose is defined as a Beginner’s pose. It works on opening our hips, inside of the thighs, and the groin area. So naturally, there can be some physical and mental discomfort while executing the pose. But don’t worry! We will have props to assist and modify it to ease with your comfort.
