Stillness Seeking
Greetings, Stillness Seekers,
This week in our yoga practice, we will focus on establishing some stillness in our poses by holding them a bit longer and breaking them down for depth and authenticity.
By offering fewer poses, it allows us to concentrate on quality vs.quantity. Our Ujiyi Breath (Ocean Breath) will help us to sink into our poses and be still.
