Greetings, Fancy Fishies,
Have you ever done Fish Pose on a block? Does this look comfortable? What are the benefits?
Fish Pose stretches the front of the body, particularly the throat, chest, abdomen, hip flexors, and intercostals (the muscles between your ribs). It strengthens the upper back muscles and the back of the neck, which improves spinal flexibility and posture.
Come be a fish out of water in our yoga this week! We also will do some Affirmations, some poses for the core, and a series called, “Energize Your Day.”
