Greetings, Solid Statues!
This week in our yoga we will be focusing on achieving a steady foundation in our poses. This comes down to alignment, placement of feet and hands on the mat, and working for precision. (Notice this is not working for perfection!) Being solid in our yoga practice comes with using the breath as well. We can root down in a pose (like Ardha Chandrasana/Sugarcane Pose) while we rise up!  Baron Baptiste states it well when he says, “Ascending to the peak of any pose required a steady foundation.”
