Yoga Transitions/Stamina
Greetings, Stamina Sensations!
Yoga poses bring us joy and happiness in the way that they look and feel. We get into our Warrior II and think, “Yes! I’m there! It’s great!” But we don’t always think about the transitions of how we get from one pose to another.
In our yoga class this week we will focus on linking our poses together by using stamina and strength. One pose that applies this concept is Crow Pose. (Notice the block helping out. It’s a good thing!)
