Greetings, Yogis and Yoginis,
It’s time to get back to basics. With school out and people going on vacations, everyone’s schedules are mixed up. Because of this sporadic season,  I thought I would offer a “back to basics” yoga class. This will give us a chance to do some familiar poses and sequences that will help to bring focus, comfort and a chance for some grounding in doing what we know. (My training is YogaFit so this is the standard YogaFit class that lays the foundation for all of my classes.)
Wednesday night’s yoga class is a devotional class for Bea Strattner who was a friend and client of mine who recently committed suicide. This has been a tough time for all involved but the Barnesville community has rallied together to honor her life. The Wednesday night class will be a time for simple meditation and yoga. Everyone is welcome.
